Order & Refund Policy

PERGAMA is confident you will be satisfied with your purchases. If, for some reason this is not the case, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, for a small restocking fee (15%) plus any shipping charges that were incurred. Items returned to PERGAMA should be in new and unused condition, as well as packaged in the original manufacturer’s box.

Order Placement

  • After we receive your order, details are immediately confirmed to ensure a smooth fulfillment process
  • In the chance that your item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you to provide alternative options if desired.
  • When shipping information is available, it will be sent to the email address you provided.

Refund/Replacement

Cancellation & Returns:
Terms differ between Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Ship items.

Ready-to-ship Products:

  • If order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund
  • If order is canceled after 24-hours & order has not shipped: Full refund, minus 20% administration fee
  • After the order has shipped: Full refund, minus 20% administration fee + return shipping charges.

Before returning an item contact PERGAMA to obtain a Return Authorization Request before proceeding to ship the item. If the return request is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Return shipping must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery or a refund will not be issues. Product must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging.

Made-to-order Products:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement Full refund
  • After 24 hours of order placement A refund cannot be issues since production will have started. Made to order products are placed into production begin shortly after the order is received.

Any refund issued in accordance with this Policy will only be returned to the original payment method used upon ordering.

Delivery Inspection and Damage

Damaged deliveries are extremely rare but in the case a product is damaged the checklist below will help to ensure a smooth claims process.

You must report a damaged delivery to us within 24 hours by email or phone call.

Before you sign for Delivery

  • Look for signs of possible exterior damage even before opening.
  • Refuse the shipment if the damage is very bad

If Damage is found

  • Write what exterior damage use see onto the paperwork before signing.
  • Be specific about anything that looks out of place.
  • Sign the paperwork and ensure you retain a copy.

Photograph the Damage

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or suspected areas
  • Take a photo of your signed paperwork.
  • Remit photos to PERGAMA immediately with a description of the delivery experience.
